How the email signature generator works
Fill in your personal details — name, title, company, email, phone, website — then customize the template, accent color (a preset or your own custom hex), font, avatar shape, and which social platforms to show. The generator produces table-based HTML with 100% inline styles, which is the only format that renders reliably across Gmail, Outlook (2007–2023), and Apple Mail. It doesn't use flexbox, CSS classes, or CSS variables — anything that Outlook's limited rendering engine would silently strip out.
Click Copy Signature and it writes both a formatted and plain-text version to your clipboard in one shot. Paste directly into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail's signature box and it renders fully formatted immediately — you never have to touch or paste raw HTML. Need the raw markup for a CRM template or code instead? Expand "Show HTML source" for that.
If you don't have a hosted photo, leave the photo URL blank. The generator creates a colored initials avatar — circle, rounded, or square — using the HTML bgcolor attribute on a table cell, which is compatible even with very old email clients.
Better than HubSpot, WiseStamp & MySignature — here's why
HubSpot's free signature tool requires you to create an account and adds their branding to your output. WiseStamp locks templates, fonts, and colors behind a $6/month paywall. MySignature limits you to one signature on the free plan. This tool gives you unlimited colors, fonts, avatar shapes, and templates — no signup, no branding, forever free.

Frequently asked questions
How do I create a free email signature?
Fill in your name, title, company, email, phone, and website. Choose a template, accent color (preset or custom), font, and avatar shape. Click 'Copy Signature' then paste it directly into Gmail (Settings → Signature) or Outlook (Settings → Email signature) — it pastes fully formatted, no HTML editing required. No signup needed.
Will this email signature work in Outlook?
Yes. The generator uses table-based HTML with 100% inline styles — the only format Outlook reliably renders. No flexbox, no CSS classes, no CSS variables that Outlook would strip out.
What's the difference between Classic, Modern, and Compact templates?
Classic has a photo/avatar on the left with an optional vertical accent bar. Modern uses a large name at the top with a horizontal rule separator and inline contact details. Compact is a minimal single-line text signature for lightweight emails.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. If you leave the photo URL blank, the tool generates a colored initials avatar in your choice of circle, rounded, or square shape — it looks professional and doesn't require any image hosting.
Why does 'Copy Signature' work better than copying HTML?
'Copy Signature' writes both a formatted (text/html) and plain-text version to your clipboard at once. When you paste into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail's rich-text signature box, the mail client picks up the formatted version and renders your signature immediately — no DevTools trick, no pasting raw markup as visible text.
